Husky Safari (10km)
Join us for an unforgettable adventure through the snowy Lappish landscapes!
Come and meet the friendly, hard-working huskies at a local kennel. Your guide will introduce to the world of husky mushing and explain how to steer the sleigh safely through the trails. Time for the highlight of the day – you will be allocated your own team and start a thrilling sled ride through snowy forest trails. The huskies love to run, and their excitement is contagious.
Please note that one person is sitting in the sleigh while the other is driving.
After the ride, you’ll have some cuddle time with the dogs who will welcome a gentle belly rub and some cuddles.
A hot drink and small, sweet snack will warm you. You’ll get to learn how these energetic sled dogs live, how they’re trained, and what life is like for them in the Arctic.
Please note that our adventure starts and ends with a transfer by car which takes around 35min one-way. The transfer time is included in the duration of the entire activity.

Good to know
- One person is sitting, one person is driving with the possibility of changing drivers half-way
- If you wish to have a driver, it needs to be requested in advance
- Due to the physical nature of the activity, it is not possible for pregnant women to participate in the sleigh ride
- The activity is not possible for children under the age of 4 years
